Refund policy

At Tunic Costumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Costumes used for events, photoshoots, or worn items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Wrong item received

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom size costumes
  • Personalized items
  • Used products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that production or processing may start.
